Dont get too preoccupied worrying about the need for allocating time for exercise ...instead walk for some time...wash ur clothes...clean room...climb stairs instead of lift and increase and do regular physical activity ...in that way u save time also & u become more fit too?? later when u get time once or twice a week go to gym or exercise at home??

everyone has 20 minutes a day to go for a walk or run. If you don't have 20 minutes you need to re-evaluate your life and make some changes.
do jumping jacks

it's pretty simple and you can do it at almost anywhere and it actually works.

after that run in the halls of your house.
Take stairs instead of elevators, park far away from entrances, do extra work around the house, walk instead of drive.
If it is a priority in your life you will find time. I know people who work 12 hr shifts and they find time on their days off.
Wake up at least 20 minutes earlier, which is the best time to get in a cardio workout before you eat. You get very quick results that way. You can just do jumpin jacks, you can run around the block or whatever.
Buy a home walker
get up earlier in the morning or take the stair instead of the evevator.
I have the same problem (lack of time). The more you can integrate moderate exercise into the things you already do every day, the more successful you'll be at keeping it up. Specifically, I walk to the store, my son't school, etc., any and every time that is possible. I think people forget that they have two feet that can transport them where they need to go! Plus when you're walking, you're out in the world, looking at the changes in the seasons and in the weather--it adds to your quality of life. If the store, your workplace, etc. are too far away to walk to, take a walk on your lunch hour or after you leave work. Or find an excuse to go someplace that you CAN walk to. If you do it every single day, even a 10 minute walk will give you some benefit.
Things like parking farther away from a store entrance, taking the stairs instead of the elevator, etc. are all good too, if a regular walk is hard for you to do. The point is to integrate moderate exercise into the things you already do. It's much easier and more do-able than saying "Okay, I'm going to put in an hour 4 times a week at the gym". And in my opinion, it's a lot more enjoyable too! Good luck.
OK I am all for the body to work out and would hate if you could not work out. I have the same trouble at home. Depending on the time you start the day I would do the work outs in the morning like 5am. Or late at night like 11 pm.

good luck!....
If u are watching Tv, u can do some exercise as u watch..like jumping jacks..some stretching, push ups sit ups..those on the spot type.
What do you mean by no time? There is no time specifically for you or the common time is not available for you? What man out of 24 hrs 1/2 hours or 45 mins is not ther for yourself? Please don't marry okay, somebody will step over your head when you are sleeping in the darkness
if u are living in a flat then keep a small dog.it will give u company and also it needs daily walk in the morning and evening/night or it will spoil the carpet.so take it for a walk both the times to save the carpet. It will improve your health and the dogs health too.Since I live in a farm house,I have three Labradore dogs and they compels me to take them for walks daily. Now it has become a habit.Happy walks!!
I am a busy man too.Time management is the best answer.
