Does a featherbed go on top of the matress pad but below the sheet? Or below both the sheet and matress pad?

It actually should go beneath both the sheet and the mattress pad. I have had featherbed toppers before and the feathers tend to poke you so the more between you and the featherbed the better. It will also make it that much softer. Sweet Dreams D & G Gifts Etc

i would put it below both. i'm thinking the little quills might stick you if they were to ever poke out.

Your preference, but generally the mattress pad goes under the featherbed, on top of the mattress, and the sheet on top of the feather bed.
