How much should i charge on a small sidejob of powerwashing a concrete patio?? how much per sq/ft?

Question:

Answers:
General formula: your cost to you to do the job (materials, transportation, ect) X 2 + 15%

However, in power washing it's a little different than the normal contracting. Best suggestion I have is have a set "show up price" for any job you do. Keep track of time spent doing different jobs so for future reference you have a general idea time involved to make a set time/rate for bidding.

If this is your first job, you will be washing on a trial and error experience. With this in mind make the best guess-a-ment you can on how long it is going to take you and give a reasonable price to what you are looking to achieve.

Good Luck!

if it is to small you cant charge by the sq/ft or you wont make anything. I would look at it and see how much I wanted to make off this job and just give a good fair bid
