Lakeside collection has fountains for less. They are VERY reasonably priced. Look it up online. They will send you a catalog. By reasonably priced, I am talking around $20.00.

There are 4 on that page, all reasonably priced.
You could go to Walmart, Target,Shop Co, or the mall .Sometimes they sell little fountains for under $20.
If you have a Kirkland's in your town they usually have some cute ones. Someone gave me a gorgeous one from Dillard's.

Hobby Lobby or Wal-Mart
Make one! They're easy, all you need is a bowl you like, some rocks you like, and a small water pump from a pet section or craft store.

You can put it together any way you want, and add pretty much anything that won't rust, rot, or dissolve. Google "tabletop fountains" for ideas, you'll probably find sites with detailed instructions too.

You'll alo know that no one else has one like yours.
