Who knows an AWESOME housewarming gift for a bachelor?
Question:My "soyfriend" (aka kinda boyfriend) just moved into a new place and I wanna give him a rad housewarming gift. I was thinking a plant... he likes plants. Kinda boring gift though. Help! :)
(P.S. He's 25, a singer in a band/ likes, produces, records, and creates underground hip hop/ really into health and natural medicine)

A bamboo plant is practically indestructible and would make an excellent gift.
we usually give a martini set for housewarming gifts to the 'bachelor' crowd. we buy a nice stainless steel shaker, a half dozen martini glasses, a nice tray and swizzle stix! we include a book of martini recipes and thus far everyone has been crazy about the gift! if we want to spend a little more we include a good bottle of liquor to get them started!

how about potted herbs? garden gnomes? awesome tacky 70s mediterranean furniture from the thrift store?
depends how much you want to spend? a big plant, home speakers, massage chair, fish tank, glass table, tredmill, ibook or keyboad for making music, vacuum cleaner, rice cooker, bbq grill, stereo, track lights, dumbells, tool set, bonzai trees...theres so many things to think of!
He'll love a nice house plant, or an indoor grill (since he's into health).
Try a nice robe so he can go down to the hot tub and meet some babes.so he can get a sirlfriend. Throw in a set of flip-flops too.
