What is the best way of getting rid of flies outside on the patio while eating .?
Question:food seems to attract flies. Is there candles we can use or plants that repel flies.

i no that this sounds very old fashion but i swear it works , get you some plastic bags fill half full of water and hang them from your porch and the fly problem will be gone , i no it sounds werid i thought so to till i tried it and iam, glad i tried it
Well you can always buy a net to cover the patio if your patio comes with an umbrella you can just throw the net over the umbrella. Other than that..I can't think of any.
I think OFF Brand made a candle. Their spray works great. If you spray it on, before you go out to eat. Also Tiki torches now have this fuel that repels bugs. The only problem with them is they're REALLY smokey.
the water bag thing works! have done it for years
Purchase an electric bug zapper. Attach a small piece of meat to it. Turn on and kills all the flies. Good luck.
Just one more vote for the bag of water thingy. I know it works. I think it has something to do with the sun bouncing off the water, but the flies don't like it, and they won't come around for sure!
