How can I complain against window supplier?
Question:My contractor installed room windows and patio windows a year ago. The brand is superior windows. However,my handle of vinyle patio door was suddenly broken and asked about replacement. Initially,the window company asked me to contact my contractor who purchased windows and installed them. I contacted them but they said that I need to contact the window maker directly. After I explained this situation,the window company,Superior Window, said that they would send the handle for free and then I have been waiting for almost two months but no product. I have sent five follow emails to the company but they keep ignoring my emails without any reponse. Now I'd lile to send complaints to some consumer agencies. Do you know where I should send this complaints to? I spent almost $10,0000 for my windows and patio doors but this company (Superior Window) doesn't even care about customer's request. I even said that I am willing to pay for it. But they still don't care about my request.

Your contractor should stand behind the goods he uses and be of assistance to you.I would think he would not want to lose your recommendation.
Most newspapers have a column that assists consumers
Keep pestering Superior Windows,ask for a supervisor on the phone.

Try the Better Business Bureau. You can read other complaint lodged against them also.

Also, call them. Companies find it more difficult to refuse someone directly.
Get the name of anyone you correspond with, and ask for their boss after you talk to them 2 times.
Could you send them a copy of your question on Yahoo? It would sure scare me to think that 1000's of people were reading about my poor customer service!
