I have a nuisance cardinal living in my yard and pooping on my truck everyday. How do i get rid of it?
Question:I cant shoot it because i live within city limits.
Answers:
You can put a plastic owl on a stick (so wind can make it move) or tie him in a tree and toss some rubber snakes on the ground around the truck. Owls work for keeping real snakes out of the yard too. The owl shouldn't look too bad, just stick him in with your landscaping.

Put a birdfeeder with Black oil sunflower seed in it somewhere away from your truck. The Cardinal will spend more time near the seed and less time near your truck. Plus you might learn to like the Cardinal with this arrangement instead of you being such a thug looking to kill a Cardinal which is a beautiful bird which many people would love to have use their feeders.
say "SHOO!" and if that doesn't work poop on its truck... good luck
