Birth Control? For plants?

Question:I was wondering if anyone knew how much Birth Control to add per gallon of water for maximum growth. or if anyone knows about this new technique.

Have heard of it . Seems that there should be a less expensive substitute . What is in it?

ps Check Cornell U. sites . Might be the origin of that . Nina Basuk & students test everything in regard to how to grow trees.Seeing if the conventiol wisdom is true , & trying new methods .
