I'm thinking about getting one of those Easy-Set Pools?
Question:1) Does anyone have them? 2) Are they worth the money? 3) Are they easy to maintain? and 4) Any disadvantages of them compared to any other above ground pools?

I have the intex easy set pvc frame type pool 12 ft x 30'' have used for 3 yrs no problem.. Just bought the 15 ft x 42'' metal pole frame version. hope it will be as easy as old one. We like them found them very easy to operate, and clean. we did add a little extra padding under the pool liner tho. to make it softer on feet. we used a large piece of rubber from rolled rubber roofing. No hassels with trying to clean yucky black smelly water from after the winter like regular above/in ground pool types. Have fun and practice safe water rules..
any above ground pools get punctured easily, so no sharp objects and they cost a ton to empty and refill every summer and fall. id say, save up the money and buy a regular inground pool.
I bought one from Costco one year. You have to make sure the ground is very level, or the edge will collapse and the water will spill out. I think the filter pump lasted two years before we had to replace it, and it didn't keep the water very clean year 2. The unit I had was roughly 16 feet in diameter as I recall. Perhaps the smaller versions would be less hassle.
As long as we are POPPING the question...be carefull with the inflatable ring at the top. Outside of that, not to much trouble. Easy set pools are #1 easy to set up. #2 easy to fill. #3 easy for little kids to get into so BE CAREFULL!
For the money, it's ok. The kids had fun getting in. They are easy to put up. I hated cleaning it but it worked.
They are made to last for only a few years. They are easy to set up and take down and you don't have to winterize. Many people don't know but the laws in most states require fencing around pools. You could get fined or worse a child could drown. This happens all over the us every summer!
I'm not sure, but I love your name! I just heard that song yesterday!! YAY!
