Who do you call to clean out a bathroom air vent and cover it with a screen?

Question:I have some birds living in there and the bathroom is starting to smell really gross. You can see the filth all over the vent cover from the outside of the house. I think the babies are gone, but I'm not 100%. How do I know if they are gone? Who do I call to clean out the leftover smelly crap they have in there and cover it up? How much does that sort of service cost? Thanks.
