scotts plus 2 is great when applied as directed
Use a weed-n-feed turf fertilizer like Scott's or Lesco's. Select a high nitrogen blend (for example 25-5-8) the first number in the analysis is nitrogen. Follow the instructions on the package.. it's VERY important that you do to have it work right.
Don't over apply it.
