Find out how they are getting in and get rid of the hole. You could try to hang a bat house outside somewhere to give them someplace else to go.
Bats are a protected species. you can not harm them. let them stay to have their young, then they will move on. In winter go and block the hole they get in so they dont come back. We have had them a few years and just sit out counting them at night its funny to watch them. Big fine if you harm them. their droppings are good for the garden too. So not so bad. Some cultures think you are blessed if bats come to live with you.

With a bat snare. Easy to make. Take butterfly netting and make a snare using a hollow mop stick or tent pole...etc... string the line through the pole. Place the net over the bat and draw the snare line and it will loosen the bat into the net and pull the net closed. Then you can relocate the bat. To prevent them from returning... place fine mesh over attic, dryer,and range top vents (or other entrances) Best wishes.
