Need to move some furniture 394 miles, any suggestions on making it easy on the budget?
Question:All I have to move are one king sized mattress that comes with two twin box springs and a frame along with an antique dresser. Budget Rental and U-Haul estimate the move at around $400, which I can buy a truck to scrap later for. Pods don't service the area, which is in a very remote location. I find all this ridiculous. I hope you guys have better ideas!!

Have you checked with Penske? They have always been cheaper than U-haul for us, or have you considered selling what you have and starting fresh? Good Luck!
