Spiders?? How do I get rid of them?
Question:HI! I am 16 and I sleep in my finished basement and I have noticed quite a few spiders. This past, 3 to 4 weeks, I have killed about 10 to 12 of them! I know these might be harmless household spiders but I am TERRIFIED of spiders! They are middle-sized, they are not really big but definitley NOT small! What should I do to get rid of them! I wont even sleep in the basement! Thank you so much!

I hear ya! I hate them! basically you have to keep all corners vacuumed, dusted and clean! Spray around the floor boards with a spry found at a local hard ware store ( Home Depot etc) there a mills to choose from!

You can buy "spider" traps at any hardware store for about 5.00
hit them with a newspaper
i heard vinigar works...just wash ur walls with vinigar and they should go away

YOU SHOULDNT KILL THEM. THEY EAT ALL OTHER RODENTS LIKE ROACHES AND CENTIPIDES. THEY WONT BITE YOU. DONT KILL THEM. I HATE SPIDER'S TOO BUT I LEARNED TO LIVE WITH THEM.
call the Terminex or Orkin Man for the rescue! lol!!
You can use this spray you can get at Ace Hardware etc. Spray it liberally before stepping out and come back to a few day/weeks of no spiders. Its a temporary solution. Go and talk to someone in pest control if it continues to be a problem.
IM ARACNAPHOBIC..so..i try not to deal with them..but i heard that if u put some sort of herb in a tea bag and hang it in a corner...it will prevent spiders from "nesting" [i guess thats what u would call it] in the corner...hope it helps
