Getting rid of honey bees in house?

Question:How do we get rid of honey bees in our house?
Our balconey has a medium sized whole (few inches) with honey bees swarming in and out, but we're positive that their honey bees.

But where their staying is above our ceiling, so we can't spray anything in it, because our ceiling might break, or have a whole in it, where bees could come inside our home.

Looking at the ceiling, you can hear the bees, and see spots where the ceiling is soft, and wet.

Would it be worth blocking the hole? There might be hundreds of bees in there, so they would probably slowly die.

do you have any idea about what to do with the ceiling, while we use dry powder to try and kill the bees? it's very thin, and it could possibly break. what should we put over it? or pain over it?

Answers:
The bee keeper is the way to go! In many areas, due to the large amount of commercial hive deaths, honey bees are protected. Therefore a commercial pest control company can not touch them! Good luck with this!

i would suggest trying Whitmire Wasp Freeze or Drione Dust to get rid of honey bees =}
Hi, I've never had any bees in a house before but we raised bees on the farm where i grew up. Blocking the hole is not going to help as the bees are most likely going to find another route.As far as the numbers of bees go ,its most likely in the thousands. Bees usually build vertically and cap their brood and honey.Is it possible the wet spots in your ceiling are caused by another reason?Have you thought of consulting a local bee keeper to harvest the bees from your home? Honeybees are having a bad time right now and there may be someone close by that would be happy to get them, if not You should consult an exterminator about ridding your house of the bees. Getting rid of the bees first might be best ,as working on your ceiling could possibly breach the hive. We transfered a couple of wild colonies from bee trees years ago and bees tend to get upset when their home is opened up. Good luck with your unique problem. Here is a link to a page that might help.
i agree with all of them.
