What do I spray on banboo to kill it.?

Herbicides won't work on bamboo for permanent eradication. Their rhizomes or roots go too deep. Saturate the ground and pull the entire plant up, taking care not to break off roots. Then, heavily mulch over them and / or lay black plastic over the area for several weeks. That'll do the trick.
