Er no
It's more than likely!
Haa! you're joking are'nt you? With the amount of rain we've had and STILL having we wont be having a hose-pipe ban for the next two years!
Jeez i hope not! Theres enough water running down my street to fill a river this morning!

o yes in august
Yes I presume so and of course a rise in water prices.
Definitely. The present method that the UK uses to save its water involves allowing over 80% of its water resources to drain away to the sea. This doesn't include the millions of gallons lost through leaking pipes and inefficient uses. Once it becomes clear that the present policy of overcrowding and building housing in the south east of the UK is the root cause of regular water shortages it may be too late and the south will have all died of thirst.
Probably, because all this extra rain will have damaged the drains, the reservoirs will burst their banks and it will all slip away back into the sea due to mismanagement.
Then all the water rates will go up so they can replace the pipelines and have a big back-slapping ceremony, and a christmas bonus
Shouldn't be what with all the rain we have had lately . I suppose it depends on how they handle the water supply how many burst water mains are left unrepared for ages and if the rain soaked down to replenish the underground stock
I'd say No
the sun has been out in Manchester for the last two hours which will probably mean that parts of Surrey and Sussex already have a ban imposed
not in Texas it's raining everyday here . . . .
it was a ban coz lack of water and the amount people was using with any hope the amount its been raining we should be ok lol
After the first week of hot weather yes .
