If you cut a worm in half, throw one half on one side of the lawn, and one half on the other. . .?

Question:If you cut a worm in half, throw one half on one side of the lawn, and one half on the other, and they regenerate into two whole new worms, and then crawl to the center of the lawn, and meet, will they know each other?

Answers:
LMAOOOOOOOOO!! your funny

Right on Dude! and they also might have the munchies and go for a drink together.
Wouldn't only one half be the head though?
yeh they have sense organs.
they will recognise each other.
This is the most random question i have ever seen, not to mention it is pointless.
First of all, worms don't always regenerate when you cut them. More often than not, one or both parts will die. If they do, though, they won't recognize each other as parts of the old worm. Worms don't have areas in the brain for cognition or memory. They, will, however, recognize each other as worms. :D

Hope I helped.
Obviously you have time on your hands.

Scientifically speaking, if the halves were to regenerate, they would be the same worm with an extra clone. The worm DNA would still be the same wouldn't it?

I have a theory, If the regenerated halves do meet, there will be a battle so to speak. The two would fight that they're the original and fight till the death.

Did I answer your question?
u never know they might even become best friends if they ever did find
each other
