Answers:
The tomatoes should follow after the flowers.
Did you take off the suckers - side shoots which grow from the point where the leaves meet the main stem? These suckers will produce nothing, and are best taken out as they will weaken the plant. Water with tomorite or sme such fertiliser occasionally.

It could be they are a little slow this year with all the damp weather. Don't give up I think they will form soon. Mine are only really tiny at the moment.. like peas.
When did u plant the plant was it like 4 months if it is that long u should worry coz thats the time it starts to make fruit so I hope this helps
if you have flowers on it then you will have toms too just be patience.
Maybe you should pollenate them, or if you're lazy, rent a teeny weeny beehive, with itty bitty bumble bees.
fertiliser
Remove the side shoots and allow insects in to cross pollinate the flowers.
Flowers WILL become tomatoes. Be patient.
Congratulations.
You need to pollinate the flowers, if they don't get pollinated then you don't get tomatoes.
