Answers:
go find all the ant piles outside and then pour boiling water all over them. It will kill the ants instantly and all the eggs. Once you have done that get some ant spray, you can get the best deals at walmart, and get the kind to spray outside of your house. Once you spray around ur house, they SHOULD be gone! good luck!
RAID! also get those ant things... i forgot what they're called but there these little houses that the ants crawl into and the ants go in and die.
Most ants actually nest in the ground around your home. They come in to forage for food and bring it back to the colony. The interior sprays will kill the ones in your house and prevent them from coming in for a few weeks but it won't kill the colony so this will be a recurring problem.
Nothing is permanent but a longer term solution is a granular poisoned bait that is sprinkled around the foundation. They take it back to the colony and feed it to the queen and newly hatched ants. The colony dies off in about a week and you should have no problems for the rest of the summer.
There are several products that work this way but the one I have been most pleased with is Amdro Ant Block. It comes in a green 24oz bottle that should be enough to treat your home one time. No indoor spray, no mess, no problems.
Good Luck!
TermidorX is the best spray. Works very effectively and very fast. I sprayed this stuff on an ant hill and in 3 days no more ants!
Its a professional product. You will have to ask Joe for it...

Or you could just use bait, which is even more effective if you don't know where they are coming from. Get the select ant bait. That will keep you ant free for a year or more. And all you have to do is sprinkle it where ever there is an ant trail.
