It is a Black Eyed Susan (Rudbeckia hirta). They are very easy to grow and enjoy sun.
That is definitely without a doubt- yellow coreopsis- they are a perrienial and self seeding- they will almost take over if not careful- they are beautiful in a large group. If you watch you will see them along the highways- the states are using them for naturalization. Hope this helps.
This plant is most definitely the Helianthus angustifolius, in the family Asteraceae, also known as the Narrowleaf Sunflower or Swamp Sunflower. Helianthus angustifolius can most easily be recognized by the way in which the yellow-orange petals appear to be pushed upward, which is rare in similar plants such as the Rudbeckia hirta, or Black Eyed Susan. Rudbeckia hirta has a more pronounced domed center and the petals appear to be pushed downward. However, the two are often confused because they both belong to the same family, Asteraceae.
Another similar specimen, the Yellow Coreopsis, if you look closely, has a very different petal structure, much broader petals, a far less pronounced stem, and more leaves, even in it's many varieties, than this particular specimen.
