The question should be is do you have plants?. The gnats lay there larvae there. I use beneficial nematodes in the soil. It takes a few weeks but it works. You can get them a www.planetnatural.com. Also use yellow sticky paper. They sell it there also.
If you are looking for a spray there is an organic one made by Safer. It's called Flying Insect Killer. It's made for Gnats and Flies.
Each gnats life last about 2 weeks but each gnat lays about 300 eggs.
I also recommend you switch to using bleach or ammonia cleaners. The gnats hate that.
As for the mini clouds its carbon dioxide from your mouth that attracts them to you.
Good luck. I have been through this and I know its a pain.
Try Dr.Doom, its a all natural bug killer. it uses pyrethrum.
No natural way of killing that many gnats that I'm aware of unles you have a giant flyswatter. Vacate the premises and bomb your interior with insecticide. There's an infestation going on there and the only way to deal with it is to bomb it. Wait ten days, repeat, very similar to flea infestation. Sorry
a NATURAL way? swat em with your hand...eh thats the natural way before man created the flyswatter.
