Ladies- if a plumber were to inspect your mysterious damp patch?
Question:would he more likely find rising damp, blocked piping, musty odours or mold?
What tool would you suggest best suited to facilitate its' remedy?

I recommend a spanner and stop c0ck wrench inserted with a hard shunt, up yur rectum.
Ladies don't have damp patches. Plumbers are for trollops.

he'd find rising damp allright, and I suggest he;d use a very big tool.

he will have to insert some copper piping, then squirt some clearing agent to see how far up the blockage is. Then he could chuck in some nuts for best measure, use a spanner to tighten them if need be. If the hole is big enough you could have a washing machine installed, that will cover any damp patches that was once there. The smell will eventually go in good time.
well i would expect him to know what tool to use and hope he would add to the damp patch
