Indoor, Herb, vegie, and fruit garden?

Question:Has anyone ever had a garden indoors, and grew things such as, cilantro, green peppers, tomatoes, chives, pea pods, and small fruit?

I live in Chicago, so I will have to have an indoor garden since our growing season is short.

Answers:
Yes. Growing indoors can be a room where sunlight may enters during summer.
Or you would like to grow herbs such as rosemary and thyme in pots, elsewhere tomatoes, pea pods and peppers will do great in containers too.
Try small or miniature pepper bell, it grows well enough in big pots even though it has great height.

Well first do you have a sun room or a particular room that gets a lot of sun because that is what you will need. You should have no problem with container gardening just make sure you feed your herbs/veggies/fruit plant food.
If you have a kitty you may want to try catnip.
Herbal gardening is fun.
