A shower in the house is spewing blackish water and not clear; what's up?

Question:It seems to just be that shower on the right side of the house. My shower is on the other side, which uses a different water heater, and mine is clear. The black water shower is upstairs, but the shower below that shower in the master bed room is clear, and may use the same water heater-Im 80% sure. Why is the water black?

Answers:
The residue from the water heater are the ones causing this problem ,maybe you should change the water heater !

Turn the water on and let it run until the water comes clear. Then at the same time that the water is running, turn the water off to the water heater. The pressure should drop coming out of the faucet. This will indicate that they are in fact using the same water heater. If they are not, you need to do a pipe tracing job. If they are, run the shower more often, the water is getting stagnate in the pipes!
