I don't think that it's possible to make fire from liquid.
You need three things to make fire:
Oxygen (O2)
Fuel (something to burn)
Catalyst (spark, heat source, or intense light)
You can use several garage items to make a type of napalm, but I don't know about liquids actually MAKING fire. It would have to be a chemical reaction in the liquid that would make it combust, and I doubt those are readily available as household items.
Why did you post 2 questions about flammable liquids? You want to torch something? B/c if you do, you need help.
I hope other answerers here don't get sucked into replying. Someone might get hurt, it could be you, it could be others. Property may be lost... yours or others.
