My family hates bats, I don't..but they do, so they usually end up killing the poor thing. I suggest that you open up doors, windows, etc. and try to scare it into the direction of an open window, or door.
try to set up stops that lead toward door to the outside
Be brave, open the doors, grab a broom and try to gently shoo it toward the door.
call pest control.

if that doesn't work let the bat have the house and runaway for life!!!!
