Black spider with grey dot/line on stomach (Sydney)?

Question:I live in a unit and lately I have seen in the balcony and window frame these spiders that live on a weak/ loose web. Are they poisonous? I have a toddler that plays in that area. Thanks

I think you might be ok. From what I googled they are called Black Window Spiders, and aren't poisonous. Google it and see if you can find a picture to compare.
