birds in warehouses causes serious problem, to avoid this use some flexon doors,stealthnet,flexible doors,rollup doors,screen doors,etc to prevent their entry.
u can also use electric fencing ,pelletgun.scare crow.

Birds hate either owls or you may use moth balls it usaully works with the chemical smell of it .
spray it with WD-40 they hate the smell

we have an out building where i work. and they have some type of electronic device that emits a certain frequency or sound that birds hate, i just hear a slight click every few seconds when it is on...it works here... sorry, don't know what its called
