I have tons of black little annoying ants please help????
Question:please help our house is being over run by annoying little black ants we have tried everything on the market could someone recommend some home made solutions as we cant afford exterminator to get rid of this problem. they are taking over our house.

Boric Acid. It's a powder that sells around the laundry detergent Isle. Or the dollar store. About 2 dollars. Powder your doorways and window seals and anywhere you think they are traveling. sweep it in corners, cracks, cabinets anywhere. And leave it. ALL your bug problems will disappear. It is not a poison, but like glass slivers to insects, it sticks to them, they caryy it back to the nest, it slices them up when ingested, killing the whole colony.
for a quick fix glass cleaner works good and is cheap. they die instantly. and is safe to spray on most surfaces.
Spray ammonia on them!
just buy the ant traps...and put all the food in the fridge...clean with ammonia they hate the smell of that...get citronella candles and burn them they hate this as well
Believe it or not, I used cinnamon! The ants kept getting into our cat food and someone told me to sprinkle cinnamon around it and it worked!! I have also heard that speriment also works.
you can get an ant killing spray or a spray that kills insects and use it it might kill the ants.
I use vinegar to kill them, I was told years ago to use boiled water that kills them BUT more come once the water cools down,
Because ants come inside for water, because of the hot weather, so make sure after you have a shower or bath and wash the dishes that you dry the area, this will also help in getting rid of them, and stop more coming
