Nasty Spiders?
Question:I have hundreds of nasty baby spiders all outside my house. I would like to spray the outside, which is the best spray to use?
Answers:
eeew! spiders. to keep them outside i use a spray from walmart that you spray around your window and doors to keep them out it is a purple can with a big 'pider on it. i hate spiders with a passion and this keeps them out of my house. if you see any of the sacks of spiders hit them with some raid. i hope this helps.
Instead of spray, I would suggest placing mothballs around areas of your house. Spiders for what ever reason are driven from the area by the moth balls.
We have spiders too. Namely recluse spiders. I spray inside and out, at the base of the house outside and around the base boards inside. You'll want to spray directly where the baby spiders are hatching, just don't breathe in anything and protect your eyes. The product that has worked the best for me is Ortho Home Defense. It comes in a gallon with a little pump sprayer built in. I always do the inside first straight from the jug it comes in. I then transfer the product to a hand held garden spray tank and spray the outside. I do this only because you'll get a better coating from a bigger sprayer. This stuff also gets all kinds of other spiders, crickets, beetles, fire-ants, waterbugs, silver-fish, scorpions and earwigs. (Those are my biggest problems in North Central Texas). I apply as needed, which is about every 6 weeks.
Good luck!
