My pine tree in my yard has orange "sacs" growing on it. Any ideas what they can be?

Question:

Answers:
If the "sacs" have tentacles and emerge after a heavy rain, you have what's called "apple cedar rust gall". This is a tree disease that can spread between cedar and apple. trees. If so, the "blossoms" will shrivel and dry up within a few days. The best way to get rid of completely is to have your trees sprayed in weekly intervals starting in June.

Sounds like sap coming out..
Ballsacks?
sounds to me like something has damaged your tree..a woodpecker maybe..and the sacs are sap.
Bag Worms! These will destroy your evergreen! Get them taken care of by a pest agency or landscaper!
