Here is something cool that you can do with them when you have some free time. Take a cup of water with some sort of lid, catch the fly and throw it in the water then wait about 5-10 minutes for the fly to be good and drowned, then take the fly out of the water dead, pour some salt on it (couple of packets) and watch that sucker come back to life.

Yes. I hate them too. They are filled with all manner of illks. Face it, they are always around dog dung then they land on your drinking glass and have a most peculiar way of eating - YUK! - whereas roaches (also not my faves!) do not!
i hate them when they find the bathroom and iam sittihg on the throne LOL
kill them all...or put nets on all your windows...
Nasty little critters. I like seeing them in a spider web doing the only useful thing I can think of.
