We have a 3 seater settee with 2 matching chairs to give away. Although not perfect they are still usable?

Question:We live in North Cornwall near St. Eval

Answers:
I'd either call a charity to have them picked up or else place an ad in the local newspaper. A lot of papers offer free, or really cheap ads if the article is stated as being free.

Put them on Ebay and don't specify a reserve. Put them as collection only. they will definitely go to a good home & you'll make a little something!
There are some good charities that will take it away for you like the Sofa Project who take furniture and put it in hostels for the homeless etc.
Have you thought about joining a Yahoo Freecycle Group? Go to Yahoo Groups and type in "Your City" Freecycle. If not your city, then one that's close. I belong to one in mine and it's so cool. My trash...someone else's treasure and visa-versa.

Another cool thing to do would be to donate it to a homeless or women's shelter.
have you tried contacting the salvation army or st vincent de paul?
put them on freecycle.com
I have a pregnant wife and three kids, like you not perfect but willing to give to a caring home. ha ha ha ha
Give your local council a call... they're always after donations and this would really help someone out!
