I have one of those bed where u dont use a box spring.but my mattress is saging in the middle should i buy?

usually a 1x4 slat between the sides of the frame will do the trick, if you are a large person maybe a few. its cheap, easy, and will do the trick (as long as you dont jump on the bed too much)
