How do YOU keep cool on a hot and humid day when air conditioning is not an option?
Question:When I get hot like this, I get cranky. I have 3 kids that need a nice mom, not a cranky one.
Answers:
I lived in Arizona for a long time with NO air conditioning. You can survive this! I froze some gallon size milk jugs and set them on a try in front of the fan. The breeze is a bit cooler this way and when it thaws you have ice water to sip too!
Take the kids to the pool, they'd love it.
Go swimming, or have everyone run under the sprinkler!
Turn on the fan or you can go to the movies.
-run through the sprinklers
-drink milkshakes or slushees
-snowcones
-go to the movies
-drink lots of water
-make popsicles

drink cold drinks ,eat ice cream and swim
buy ice pops. they usually have them at cosco. theyre called otter pops. i eat at least 2 a day and it keeps me cool. and kids love them!
