Completed sale of my leasehold flat to freeholder but they've now said I owe £250 for repairs & 05 grnd rent?
Question:I wasn't sent an invoice for the ground rent nor did I receive notice of any structural repairs before or after they were done so is it fair/legal to say this should have been sorted prior to completion of the sale?

Once the sale is done its done.
Ground rent MUST be paid whether an invoice was issued or not. Pay the ground rent. As for the repairs CAVEAT EMPTOR Let the buyer beware. Don't pay.
