Exterminator needed ASAP..worms ants.?


Question:I have these little inch worm things, that coil up when i pick them up...there tiny..kind of like a magot but its not.there longer and thinner..what are these? Sometimes they're spotted and some have little legs like a catterpillar..only skinnier and shorter.. I did have this problem with a plant i had...little worms came out...is it possible they are still stuck in my floor or wall somewhere? I keep killing them as I see them,.,but then i see them again..and i have these tiny tiny tiny...black pepper size ants...what are these and what can I do to get rid of them?? HELP Exterminator needed ASAP. lol!
