Wasp?? Want to get rid.?

Question:Ive noticed a right load of wasps in my kitchen lately. They seem to be coming from the outside (Im in a top floor flat in a block), so I cant see or access the outside to see where a possible nest is. How do I get rid of them, I dont want to keep my kitchen window shut and Im not sure thats the only place that they are getting in

Answers:
The latest ( and best ) way to get rid of them, although it can be expensive is to purchase a specially trained nuisance wasp, the nuisance wasp stays awake all night making weird noises thus depriving the other wasps from getting any sleep, they soon move out.

You may have a wasp's nest in the roof space, contact the local authority and ask them to check it out.
Your landlord, private or local authority are responsible.

If your a private landlord, either contact them direct or through the letting agents
If its council, then you would need to speak to the environmental health department.
Ceiling tiles are an extended entrance as well as holes from pipes (under sink) and fly up between cabinets. I would think they are 'nesting' in the sophet area or overhang of the building's roof which is giving them access to above your ceiling.

If you do have ceiling tiles & plan to take a couple down to spray - - have light filtering into kitchen from other rooms and absolutely after it is dark outside. Wasps go to bed at night.
If there is a nest you have to get an expert pest controler who will smoke them out, I've seen it before but it's not cheap!
get a insect killer spray and kill the wasp with it
