For some reason there are lots of spiders in my apartment. How can I keep them out or get rid of them?

If they are wolf spiders it is good. They feed on dust mites and dust mites can cause severe allergies. Wolf spiders are harmless to humans and will decrease in numbers as the mite population decreases.
