Black bugs with a tan middle? Also Spider help.?

Question:Hi, I live in Wisconsin and this spring we have had these new bugs come into he house on the beds, bathroom floors, carpets and so on..
they are small black bugs with a tan colored middle. The middle of thier body is tan colored or the color of leather.

Does anyone know what they are and how to get rid of them.

I also have small little black spiders in the house this year, is there a spray or something that I can use to get rid of them?
It has been a weird year here with these new creatures.

Are the black bugs biting you? I was thinking ticks, fleas or the dreaded bedbug. I would get a pest control service out there fast. These guys will multiply and take over your house. They can get the spiders at the same time.
