I have very tiny round black bugs that crawl around on my fence, what are they?

Question:The bugs are the exact size of a ball point on the end of a pen. Their black and I can barely see them. They don't bite or fly, they just walk around on the wood fence. I live in oklahoma, does anyone know what these are?

they could be wood bugs..they eat wood. Or they can be small ticks. I would probably go to your home depot store..or rona's and ask them. They are good at figuring stuff out. If you can't just kill em with bug spray. Hope this helps.
