a small hand held steamer will do it and vacuum..if you want a chemical go at it use only pyrythum products, which is made from marigolds(flowers) this is why I plant marigolds around my veggie garden..a natural pest control...but here is a link with many methods and all about these 'suckas'

If you rent a steam cleaner with brush attachments, that should kill them leaving you with a light vacume job ahead of you. Remember not to over steam the same spot because of exesive wetting from the steam.
Purchase a new bed. More than likely it's coming from your boxspring and mattress.
