How can I recover my wedding ring lost in deep end pool drain?
Question:Couldn't see the ring at the bottom of the pool so I am assuming it went in the drain. I looked in the pump skimmer basket and it wasn't there either. Can I shut off the pump and remove the drain cover or will this damage the liner? Any other suggestions? The ring is Platinum so I am not sure if a magnet would attract it.

Yes you can shut down the pump and remove the cover and be able to get the ring. As long as you can hold your breath that long. LOL.
a magnet would not attract it. You CAN shot off the pump and remove the drain cover, that should not damage anything. hope you find it! I lost my wedding ring while swimming in hawaii - in the ocean so i never got it back. It sucks to lose something so important to you.
