Question:

Answers:
it is alright. be friendly and cool, don't sweat the small stuff

You should probably check into your building guidelines and regulations to see if there is a clause about bbq-ing. If there isn't and it is really bothersome to you then you should consult with your landlord about it. If you have no luck there I'm guessing that there isn't much you can do about it.
Depends:
:-( It is wrong if you don't have your dinner ready... so the smell would tick you off. as you are at that time quite hungry and with the great BBQ smell around you . yummy ... grrrrrrr

If you are not hungry and got your dinner ready... well then it wouldn't bother you at all and it is OK...
Welll the direction of thewind etc is an act of God.I would not live in a place I couldn't bbq on my patio..for you sure dont wanna bbq in your living room
most cities have codes against fires on balconies check with your city and if code exists call in a complaint to your local inspector
