Does anyone have problems with their sub zero fridge?

Question:I have a very expensive sub zero refrigerator/freezer which has never worked right from day one. The ice maker is the most poorly designed thing, it jams constantly, and getting ice through the dispenser is almost impossible.

Getting service in my area is difficult, and the only repair service is very unreliable. I have reported the situation to sub zero and they say the service provider I have used is the only one within 100 miles.

I hate the thing!! Please, do not every buy a sub zero. They are overpriced and unreliable.
