My freezer on my fridge doesn't keep icecream cold?


Question:My freezer doesn't keep icecream cold at all, it melts, but yet meat stays pretty frozen, but then tv frozen dinners don't stay frozen at all. Do i need a new freezer or can this be fixed? i had a diff question out earlier "i was told my fridge is low on freon/R134A. Is this a DIY project? if so HOW?" but it seems it's not a DIY project and is Freon really what i need?

Charging a refrigeration system is NEVER a DIY project. Did you try turning the thermostat down?
