I have gone thru three air mattresss in the last three years is there a way to patch an airmattress?
Question:Small pin hole on side of air mattress. I'm tired of buying one everytime I go camping. is there a patch kit or some home remedy that I don't know about?

You should be able to find a patch kit at a outdoorsman type store or you can use a patch kit for a inner tube or inflatable pool. They will work as well.
if you dont want an air mattress, then get a good ol' fashioned sleeping bag. it'll last a lot longer.

Bicycle patch might work.
Most air beds have a patch kit in the box when you buy them. If they do not, then a bicycle patch kit will work.
use hot glue to seal up the hole, since its permanent and wont peel off. Then, just for double safety, you could put a piece of duct tape over it to protect it from future punctures in that area.
make sure when youre hot gluing it, dont touch the metal part to the plastic of the air mattress, otherwise you might burn an even larger hole in the material.
Old fashion bike tire repair kit. Although when it pops on the seam you need to lay out the mattress very flat - seam center and place a heavy book or something flat over the patch. Trick is to glue the edge of the patch so it does not peel back during use while camping.
