Seaport Village shrub- help with plant identification!?


Question:I recently went to Seaport Village and stumbled upon these shrubs that line the parking lot. They have beautiful white flowers on them and smell great. The leaves were a dark green and the flowers had a star like shape to them. Does anyone know what this plant is called?
